Returns & Exchanges

Each board is crafted by hand using natural materials. Variations in wood grain, color, and texture are part of the process and not considered defects.

Unused, un-ridden boards may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Boards made to order are crafted individually for each customer and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your board arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship-related issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will take care of it.
