Please note that international orders may be subject to additional charges beyond the product price, including shipping from Okinawa, customs duties, import taxes, carrier handling fees, and payment processing or currency conversion fees. These costs vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Orders may be canceled within 5 days of confirmation for a full refund. After this period, cancellations prior to shipping may incur a 30–70% retention depending on the stage of production. No cancellations are possible once shipping has begun.

Production & Delivery Time

Each surfboard is handmade to order. Production time varies depending on the design and current workload and will be confirmed after your order is placed.

Due to the size and nature of surfboards, shipping is arranged on a case-by-case basis. Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm shipping details, including shipping method (air or sea freight), delivery type (door-to-door or airport pickup), and destination (domestic or international).

Delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method, destination, carrier, and customs clearance. Estimated transit times will be provided once shipping is arranged; however, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
